【 Application】Processing organic waste and producing organic fertilizers.
【Equipment 】Crushers, mixers, screening machines, granulators, conveyors, etc.
The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment and processes that convert organic waste such as livestock manure, crop straw, etc. into efficient organic fertilizers. This production line not only realizes the resource utilization of agricultural waste, but also produces organic fertilizers that are beneficial to soil and crops, promoting sustainable agricultural development. The organic fertilizer production line solves the problem of agricultural waste disposal and provides high-quality organic fertilizers for agricultural production, playing an important role in promoting the development of ecological agriculture and circular economy. For more information about the organic fertilizer production line, please contact us by sending an inquiry today! 1.Pre processing
Raw material preparation and mixing: The commonly used raw materials include animal manure, crop straw, urban household waste, and other organic substances. These raw materials need to be mixed in a certain proportion to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Adjusting moisture and C/N ratio: The ideal moisture content should be controlled between 50% -65%, and the C/N ratio should be between 20:1 and 40:1. This can be adjusted by adding straw, cassava residue or mushroom residue, and chicken manure.
Inoculation of microbial agents: In order to promote microbial activity in compost, it is necessary to add organic fermentation complex bacteria. These strains can decompose organic matter and accelerate the composting process.
2.One fermentation
Stacking fermentation: The mixed raw materials are stacked into stacks, which are periodically flipped by a turner to ensure sufficient oxygen supply and control the fermentation temperature.
Temperature control: During the fermentation process, the temperature should be maintained between 50 ℃ and 65 ℃ to facilitate the killing of harmful bacteria and insect eggs. The entire fermentation cycle is approximately 8 days.
Nutrient supplementation: During the fermentation process, it may be necessary to supplement water and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc. to optimize the fermentation environment and improve the quality of the final product.
3.Post processing
Screening and granulation: After completing a fermentation, the material needs to be screened. The sieved material will be further granulated, while the sieved material will be returned for re crushing.
Drying and cooling: The fertilizer after granulation will be dried to reduce its moisture content, facilitating storage and transportation. The dried fertilizer still needs to be cooled.
Quality inspection and packaging: The cooled organic fertilizer will undergo quality inspection and can be packaged and stored for sale after passing the inspection.
