Working principle

The processing of vertical fermentation tanks mainly involves mixing waste and biomass in a certain proportion, adjusting the moisture content to 60-65%, and then controlling the temperature through ventilation, oxygenation, and stirring to enable high-temperature fermentation of materials under aerobic conditions. During the fermentation process, the activity of microorganisms releases heat, causing the temperature inside the tank to rise, reaching up to 80 ℃, thereby promoting water evaporation and organic matter decomposition.
