After sealing, cut off the system and start it. This system includes cutting blades or laser cutting devices for dividing continuous packaging materials into independent packaging units. Finally, the discharge system, usually composed of conveyor belts, is responsible for moving the completed packaging units away from the work area and transporting them to the next processing step or directly into the storage or transportation process.
The high degree of automation in the entire packaging process not only significantly improves production efficiency, but also reduces manual errors, ensuring product packaging consistency and quality control. In addition, modern single warehouse packaging machines usually integrate touch screen operation interfaces, remote monitoring, and fault diagnosis functions, making operation easier and maintenance more efficient.
