Raw material preparation:

Mixing and stirring:

Material granulation:

Particle drying and cooling:

After granulation, the particles need to be dried to meet the moisture requirements of national standards, and operated using a rotary drum dryer. Subsequently, cooling is carried out to reduce the particle temperature and facilitate subsequent processing.

Particle grading and encapsulation:

Grading the cooled particles, re crushing and granulating the unqualified particles, and coating the qualified products to increase particle brightness and roundness, thereby enhancing market competitiveness.

Final packaging:

The finished particles that have been coated with film are sent to the silo for temporary storage by a conveyor, and finally quantitatively packaged and sealed using automated packaging equipment for storage or sales.
