Rack section:
Due to the fact that the entire transmission and rotating parts of the machine body are supported by the rack and subjected to significant force, the rack section of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon channel steel and has passed strict quality certification and specific technical requirements, achieving the purpose of use for this machine.
Adjustment section:
The most important part of the disc granulator is the granulation plate, and the entire center of gravity of the granulation plate is installed on the adjustment section. Our company specifically uses high-quality carbon steel plates and channel steel welded together, and has passed strict quality certification, all of which meet the requirements for use in this machine.
Transmission part:
The transmission part of the entire machine is of great importance, and the overall work is carried out in this way. The electric motor and reducer installed on the transmission adjustment frame are all selected with ISO/9001 quality system certification products, which are reliable in quality. The electric motor drives the belt pulley, V-belt, reducer and small gear, and the small gear drives the large gear on the granulation plate to work.
In addition, the large and small gears are high-frequency quenched, and the service life is twice that of the original. The entire granulation plate is fixed on the driving shaft on the adjustment plate, and the column head connection part adopts a taper fit, which is more reasonable in design.
Pelleting disc part:
The angle of the disc granulator’s pelletizing disc is designed with an overall circular arc, with a granulation rate of over 93%. The bottom of the pelletizing disc is also reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which are sturdy, durable, and do not deform.
Automatic material cleaning section:
This section is installed above the disc granulator, forming a lower frame shape, with an automatic material cleaning plate installed on top for cleaning materials stuck to the plate wall during the production process, greatly improving the service life of the machine and saving labor.
