The process of converting chicken manure into organic fertilizer on this production line is divided into two main steps: initial fermentation and pretreatment stage, and deep processing granulation stage. Raw material selection: Raw material selection is the first step in producing chicken manure organic fertilizer, and the main raw material is fresh chicken manure. Fresh chicken manure contains abundant nutrients such as pure nitrogen, phosphorus (P2O5), and potassium (K2O). Before processing, chicken manure needs to be decomposed to eliminate potential parasitic eggs and pathogens.
Drying sterilization: Drying sterilization is the process of drying and sterilizing chicken manure. This step is usually completed using a rotary dryer or cooling machine, which removes moisture from chicken manure and kills harmful bacteria through high temperature.
Ingredient mixing: Chicken manure that has been decomposed, dried, and sterilized needs to be mixed with other additives such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other elements to achieve the desired fertilizer formula standards. These elements are usually added in the form of pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, etc.
Granulation: The granulation process is to form particles from the mixed materials. Common equipment includes disc granulators, drum granulators, etc. Granulation is not only convenient for fertilization, but also improves the storage characteristics of substances.
Cooling screening: The temperature of the organic fertilizer after granulation is high and requires cooling treatment. Subsequently, particle size screening is carried out using a screening machine to ensure the uniformity and quality of fertilizer particles.
Screening: Under the continuous rolling action of the screening machine, the finished fertilizer is divided into different specifications in sequence. Unqualified ones are returned to the granulator for re granulation, while qualified finished granules are measured and packaged by a conveyor.
Measurement sealing: The screened organic fertilizer is automatically measured and packaged. This step usually uses electronic quantitative packaging scales and automatic sewing machines to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency packaging.
Finished product storage: The packaged chicken manure organic fertilizer products are stored or directly shipped to the market for sale. The entire production process has achieved full automation from raw materials to finished products, improving production efficiency and product quality.
