Then, the high-temperature bamboo charcoal is cooled by the water cooling device of the bamboo chip carbonization furnace from several hundred degrees Celsius to about 30 ° C, and then directly discharged through the charcoal outlet.

Raw material crushing and drying
Materials with a humidity higher than 25% and a size greater than 20mm need to be crushed by a grinder before being sent to a sawdust dryer for drying.
Carbonization and unloading of raw materials
Preheat the main furnace of the bamboo chip carbonization furnace using a testing device. Then, the dried material is conveyed to the feed inlet of the carbonization machine through a conveyor belt. The material enters the main carbonization furnace together with the carbonization cylinder for carbonization. After carbonization, the material can be discharged through the discharge conveyor.
Combustible gas generation
Normally, combustible gases are produced about 20 minutes after the raw materials enter the carbonization furnace. The generated combustible gas first enters the cyclone dust removal system for cleaning, desulfurization, and dust removal, and then enters the condenser for separation into wood vinegar and tar. The remaining gas is drawn outside the main furnace by the induced draft fan to heat the main furnace.
Reuse of hot flue gas
Part of the waste heat flue gas can be used as a heat source for drying raw materials and heating the dryer. The remaining flue gas can be filtered through a dust removal system (such as water washing, water spraying, etc.) and then discharged into the atmosphere.
