The material enters the center of the rotating rotor from the inlet, is thrown out by centrifugal force, and violently impacts the high-speed rotating steel rod to achieve the initial crushing.
After the initial crushing, the material continues to move in the rotor. When it is thrown out, it will be hit and sheared by the steel rod rotating in the opposite direction. The material is further crushed and refined, and the particle size is continuously reduced.
The material undergoes multiple collisions and shears in different directions in the rotor until it passes through all the steel rods in each circle. In this process, the material is continuously crushed and finally reaches the required particle size requirements.
The crushed material falls to the bottom of the crusher and is discharged through the discharge port.
