Working principle and structural features of duplex filter
Double filter usually consists of two stainless steel filters connected together by a three-way ball valve to form an integrated filtering system. This design allows the system to run without stopping when cleaning or replacing the filter element, thus ensuring continuous production.
The inner and outer surfaces of the double filter are polished, and the filter cartridge is equipped with a stainless steel filter and a filter support basket; the top is equipped with a vent valve to discharge the air in the filter during filtration. The upper cover and the filter cartridge are connected with a quick-open structure, which is more convenient for cleaning (replacing) the filter, and the three adjustable feet can place the filter stably on the ground.
The connecting pipeline adopts a flexible joint or a clamp connection, and the inlet and outlet valves are opened and closed with a three-way ball valve, which is pressure-resistant and temperature-resistant, flexible and convenient to operate, and more hygienic without liquid leakage.
The double filter is made entirely of stainless steel, composed of two columns, a single-layer stainless steel welded structure, polished inner and outer surfaces, and a vent valve is installed on the top for venting during work. The pipe joint adopts expansion connection, which has passed the 0.3Mpa water pressure test. The three-way external threaded plug is flexible to open and close. The equipment has a compact structure, easy operation and simple maintenance.
