Working principle

The material first enters the feeding area. During this process, the material is not subject to mechanical external force and is in a naturally loose state. The feed scraper rotates with the main cylinder to spread the raw material on the surface of the flat die

As the roller rotates, the raw material is subjected to the extrusion force, causing the raw material to move relatively, the spacing gradually decreases, and the extrusion force gradually increases.

Then it enters the extrusion area, the gap between the roller and the flat die is slightly reduced, and the extrusion force at this time increases rapidly. When the extrusion force increases to overcome the friction of the flat die on the raw material, the material will squeeze into the die hole and form granular material in the die hole. In this area, the raw material undergoes elastic-plastic deformation.

The die hole is filled with compacted material. With continuous extrusion, new raw materials are continuously squeezed out of the die hole to form granular material.
