The groove type compost turner is mainly composed of a machine body, a transmission device, a roller device, a bracket and other parts. The machine body is usually welded from steel plates. The transmission device includes a motor, a reducer, etc. The roller device includes a roller, bearings, etc. The bracket is used to support the entire equipment.
When the groove type compost turner is working, the material enters the drum from the feed port. As the drum rotates, the material is thrown to the drum wall by the centrifugal force, and then moves upward along the drum wall. After reaching a certain height, it is thrown to the other end due to the action of gravity.
This repeated cycle realizes the turning, stirring and mixing of the material, so that the material is fully oxidized, fermented and decomposed, and the quality and output of the material are improved.
