The stirring shaft in the horizontal mixer turns the material within the barrel, the inner spiral belt turns the material from the middle to the sides, and the outer spiral belt turns the material from the sides to the middle. The material after stirring back and forth moves and changes along the radial direction under the rotation of the spiral belt, thus forming a convection cycle. Due to the stirring of the above movement, the material is quickly and evenly mixed in a very short time.
The shaft seals at both ends adopt special seals, and there is no leakage of powder and liquid. The replacement cost of sealing consumables is low and easy to replace.
