Working Principle
1. Start the Manure Dewatering Machine
Our Inclined Dewatering Machine has an electrical control system, which is easy to operate and can start and stop the main engine and pump freely. Therefore, only one worker needs to be employed to complete the entire manure dewatering process.
2. Feed Manure Raw Materials
After the pump is started, the raw materials are delivered to the Inclined Dewatering Machine. Here we specially designed the feed port and overflow port to feed the manure material into the dewatering machine more smoothly.
3. Dehydration
After feeding, start to remove excess water from the manure. For general spiral dewatering machines, dehydration only utilizes the spiral rotating part and the sieve to squeeze out the fed manure. However, for the Inclined Dewatering Machine, it separates the solid manure from the liquid before starting to squeeze.
4. Release
Finally, the hydrated manure is discharged from the solid-liquid separator with a water content of about 30%-40%, which can help you make the manure into compost more smoothly.
