High ball formation rate:

Various heating methods:

steam, gas ammonia or phosphoric acid or nitrogen solution, phosphorus ammonia slurry, heavy calcium slurry, etc. can be introduced to directly complete the chemical reaction and the compound fertilizer granulation process that requires heating in the cylinder; or a small amount of water can be added to the compound fertilizer cold granulation process.

Special lining:

The drum body adopts special rubber sheet lining or acid-resistant stainless steel lining, which improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the equipment and reduces the difficulty of operation and maintenance.

High output and low power consumption:

The rotary granulator has a large output, but the power consumption is relatively low, and the maintenance cost is not so high, which has high economic benefits in industrial production.
Simple structure and convenient operation: The structural design of the equipment is relatively simple, easy to operate, easy to use, and very efficient, suitable for mass production of fertilizers.

Working principle of rotary granulator

The working principle of the rotary granulator is mainly carried out by wet granulation. Specifically, the equipment uses a certain amount of water or steam to make the basic fertilizer fully react chemically after being humidified in the drum body. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help of the rotating motion of the drum, the material particles are squeezed and then agglomerated into balls, and finally flow out through the discharge port. Due to the continuous entry of materials and the continuous rotation of the granulator, large-scale production of fertilizers can be achieved.

Precautions for the rotary granulator

The stock granulator should be installed on horizontal concrete and reinforced with anchor bolts. The main body needs to be kept vertical to the horizontal plane. New installations are prone to loosening, so they need to be checked frequently.

After installation, it is necessary to check whether the various parts of the granulator are tightened. Then carry out a no-load test run to observe whether the steering is correct and make appropriate adjustments.
Always pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer equipment. If there is a serious abnormal noise or metal friction sound, it should be stopped immediately, checked, and can only be used after troubleshooting.
