The material enters the vertical crusher from the feed hopper and is then divided into two parts by the distributor. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first impacted by the high-speed rotating hammer and is initially crushed. During this process, the material is thrown onto the liner of the casing and further crushed.
After the initial crushing, the material continues to be impacted by the hammer in the crushing chamber, and at the same time, the materials collide with each other, causing friction and grinding, which together promote the further refinement and crushing of the material. During the entire crushing process, the materials impact and crush each other, and do not directly contact the metal components, which prolongs the wear time of the machine.
After multiple impacts, friction and grinding, the material that meets the particle size requirements will be discharged through the lower discharge port. Some equipment is also equipped with a screening device to control the particle size of the finished product and ensure product quality.
