The organic fertilizer vertical fermentation tank is a biological fermentation system that feeds from the top and discharges the decomposed materials from the bottom. The materials are added from the top of the tank and stirred by the stirring blades to maintain the internal stirring. The stirring blades have a high-pressure fan to force ventilation and oxygen supply, and the materials in the tank are aerobic fermented. The ventilation system allows air to pass through the materials from the bottom of the fermentation tank. After being collected at the top of the fermentation tank, the waste gas is treated by the deodorization system and discharged in compliance with the standards.
The effect of high-temperature aerobic bacteria makes the temperature during fermentation reach 60-70 degrees, fully killing various pathogens, evaporating the moisture in the materials, and converting organic waste into organic nutrients. A single device processes 5-10 tons of materials with a moisture content of 60-80%, and the fermentation cycle is about 7 days. The moisture content of the organic materials after fermentation is about 30%.
