Continuous carbonization furnace
Using smokeless carbonization process, the whole set of equipment includes:
1. The whole set of equipment consists of gasification system (gasification furnace, spray tower, dust collector);
2. Purification system (spray tower, oil-water separator, filter);
3. Carbonization system (carbonization host, screw feeder, screw feeder, cooling discharging machine, conveyor, finished product cooling bin);

Working principle
The whole furnace body is rotary, and the rotation speed can be adjusted according to your needs. After the furnace body rotates, the material enters the inside of the furnace body through the feeder and slowly rotates and dries, and then enters the outer cylinder from the inner cylinder. The rotation direction of the outer cylinder is opposite to that of the inner cylinder. The material starts to go back for carbonization and is finally output after cooling.

The inner layer is used to dry and pre-carbonize the materials, and the outer layer is used to carbonize the materials at high temperature. The double-layer design can improve the utilization of heat energy and reduce the floor space by nearly half.
