When using, the product needs to be used at a certain weight ratio. According to the actual production situation (intermittent equipment, continuous line equipment), you can choose to add raw materials manually or spray and pour materials by equipment separately. The coating effect can be achieved under normal temperature and heating conditions. Under normal temperature, the fertilizer can reach a non-sticky state 15min to 40min after coating. Under heating, the non-sticky time after the fertilizer coating can be shortened. The heating temperature recommends that the resin and curing agent are both 45℃ to 55℃ or the fertilizer particles are heated to a state where they will not melt, which can greatly shorten the non-sticky time.
