Working principle

The working principle of the liquid fertilizer fermentation tank is to make the material move axially and radially in the tank through the rotation of the stirrer, thereby achieving shear mixing and diffusion mixing. The specific process is as follows:

Material input: Add raw materials into the tank according to the formula ratio.

Mixing process: When the agitator rotates, the material generates centrifugal force in the tank, the upper blade presses the material downward, and the lower blade throws the material upward. Through the action of the baffle, the medium is completely mixed in a short time.

Heating or cooling: According to the process requirements, the material temperature is adjusted by the heating medium or cooling medium in the jacket.

Discharging: After mixing is completed, the mixed material is discharged through the discharging device.
