The machine features two sets of rotors arranged in series.
First-stage rotor breaks down large clumps of material into smaller particles.
The partially crushed material then immediately enters the second-stage rotor, where it is further pulverized at high speed.
Inside the crushing chamber, materials collide with hammers and with each other in reverse directions, achieving “hammer-to-material” and “material-to-material” crushing.
The final powder is discharged directly without a screen, ensuring smooth operation even with high-moisture materials.
This dual-rotor cascading action provides exceptional fine-pulverizing performance and prevents clogging.
